Održana 129. redovita godišnja Skupština Hrvatskog društva za gajenje lova i ribarstva
U prostorijama Društva u Zagrebu, Gajeva 6, dana 10. travnja 2015. godine održana je 129. redovna godišnja Skupština Društva, uz nazočnost velikog broja članova.
Skupštinu je vodio predsjednik izabranog radnog predsjedništva, gospodin prof. dr. sc. Mladen Garašić.
Sukladno usvojenom dnevnom redu, podnesena su izvješća o radu Društva u 2014. godini.
U ime Upravnog odbora i svoje osobno, izvješće je podnio predsjednik Društva, gospodin Ognjen Krajačić, za Nadzorni odbor, o izvršenom nadzoru poslovanja Društva, predsjednik Nadzornog odbora gospodin mr. sc. Miran Mikelić, te u ime Stegovnog suda, predsjednik gospodin Vladimir Đurović, dipl. iur.
Izvješće o financijskom poslovanju i godišnjim financijskim izvješćima za 2014. godinu, te plan prihoda i rashoda za tekuću poslovnu godinu prezentirala je gospođa Željka Trška, dipl. oec., poslovna tajnica i računovođa Društva.
Predsjednik Društva, gospodin Krajačić, najavio je održavanje izvanredne Skupštine Društva, zbog potrebe donošenja novog Statuta, usklađenog s odredbama novog Zakona o udrugama.
Također je najavio planiranje priprema za obilježavanje 135. obljetnice neprekidnog rada Društva.
Predsjednik se osvrnuo i na kadrovske promjene u Društvu i informirao nazočne o umirovljenju gospođe Zdenke Žerjavić, dugogodišnje blagajnice i poslovne tajnice. Zahvalivši se na njezinom predanom radu u Društvu, predsjednik je predložio nazočnim članovima na Skupštini da gospođa Žerjavić bude proglašena počasnim članom Društva, što je uz odobravanje i jednoglasno prihvaćeno!
Gospođu Zdenku Žerjavić zamijenila je gospođa Željka Trška, koja pored poslova poslovne tajnice obavlja i računovodstvene poslove.
Prezentirana izvješća su jednoglasno usvojena.
Nakon radnog dijela Skupštine, nazočni članovi Društva, gosti i uzvanici, nastavili su druženje uz prigodni domjenak.
