U Hrvatskom društvu za gajenje lova i ribarstva, u društvenim prostorijama u Gajevoj 6, dana 16. prosinca 2022., održana je promocija knjige „Iz lovačkog dnevnika“ autora i dugogodišnjeg lovnog stručnjaka Antuna Džaje – Bosanca.
Knjiga sadrži izvadke iz autorove bogate lovačke aktivnosti počevši od njegovih prvih lovnih koraka iz BiH 1954. godine, pa potom u Hrvatskoj, Africi i Europi, pa sve do današnjih dana. Iako knjiga predstavlja opise raznih lovova na krupnu i sitnu divljač, evidentan je prikaz organizirane lovne kulture na ovim prostorima ubrzo nakon II svjetskog rata.
Promociji su uz autora i dio njegove obitelji nazočili brojni lovci koje je predvodio predsjednik Lovačkog saveza Republike Hrvatske gospodin Ivica Budor.
Knjiga je izdana u vlastitoj nakladi autora, uz potporu obitelji i sponzora. Kupiti se može u Društvu po cijeni od 20 EUR (150,69 kn).
